We’re looking for someone who’s been in the aged care or disability sector — maybe as a scheduler, care coordinator, case manager, or operations lead — and who’s thinking:


        “I love the sector… but I’m ready for something different. Maybe something in tech.”


You don’t need to be a systems guru. You don’t need a tech degree. You just need curiosity, empathy, and a desire to help others use systems better.

The Role: Application Support Analyst – Aged Care (Remote / Flexible)

This is a work-from-home role (part-time or full-time considered), supporting care providers as they implement and improve their client systems. You’ll work closely with our Senior Consultant, offering a mix of support, training, workflow advice, and project help.

If you’ve ever thought “I wish someone explained this system better” or “Why does this process take 10 steps when it should take 3?” — then we want you on the team.
