Customer Journey Map Template: This template assists in mapping out the client's experience with home care services, identifying customer goals, technology enablers, pain points, and opportunities throughout different stages like onboarding, receiving services, and reviews. ITC Toolkit - Practical Guide: This practical guide is aimed at helping home care providers understand each step in selecting and implementing a CMS.
